Kiss Me Again (Baciami Ancora)
In the highly anticipated sequel to crowd-pleasing smash-hit The Last Kiss (IFF03), Gabriele Muccino (The Pursuit of Happyness) picks up ten years later with KISS ME AGAIN, the story of a group of middle-class thirtysomethings, charting their love lives, family relations, friendships and betrayals, creating a beautifully detailed mosaic of a generation.
Carlo (Stefano Accorsi, Saturn in Opposition IFF07) is now divorced from Giulia (Vittoria Puccini, At a Glance, IFF08), the woman he cheated on. They have a 10-year old daughter and their divorce settlement is imminent. However, Carlo would do anything to reunite with Giulia. Meanwhile, Paolo (Claudio Santamaria, Crime Novel IFF06) is involved in a rocky relationship with Livia (Sabrina Impacciatore, Manual of Love IFF05). Livia's ex, Adriano (Giorgio Pasotti) has been released from prison and wants to get to know his son, even though he's been absent from his life for ten years. Rounding out the group is Marco (Pierfrancesco Favino, funny and frightening) and his cheating wife, Veronica (Daniela Piazza).
KISS ME AGAIN triumphed at the 2010 Shanghai International Film Festival after winning a trio of top awards: the Golden Goblet Best Picture Prize, Best Screenplay, and Best Actress (Vittoria Puccini).
