FESTIVAL TERMS

  • - All films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over unless specified otherwise. This is not reflective of the content but due to the legal requirements under the Office of Film & Literature Classifications exemptions.
  • - Festival tickets are non-refundable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded. All ticket prices are GST inclusive.
  • - Seating is unreserved in Sydney and Perth. Seating is reserved in Melbourne (ex Kino), Brisbane and Adelaide.
  • - Films commence at the advertised starting time. We anticipate that door sales will be available for most sessions, however this cannot be guaranteed. Patrons are urged to purchase their tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • - Palace Cinema passes and other complimentary passes, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for festival screenings.
  • - All non-English language films have English subtitles.
